I took a half day from work because Sumi had gotten sick last night and had the WORST smelling diarrhea I swear to God. It woke me up at 4 am with its stank. Poor thing wasn't feeling well but damn that shit (literally) nearly made me puke. Anyway, once she was feeling better and after my two hour catatonic nap, I gave her a lil nail trim with Adam's help. No quicks were hit this time and I was able to get a bit more than last time. I feel bad about how nervous it makes her but it needs to be done! She beats me up too much otherwise and it can't be comfy when her nails are too long.

After dinner (glizzies, lmao), Samson was high-key feral. He was laying on a chair at the table, being crazy through the mesh table cloth. Adam encouraged it LOL.

I fed the isopods yesterday and checked on them with Nancy, who was over as she usually is on days Rachael doesn't work. They had unsurprisingly eaten all the small food and were working on the eggplant taken from my garden that already had isopod damage. At least the thing is feeding my pets! I also fed the snails, since the suckers need a lot of food with how big they're getting.

This bit probably belongs more in a garden blog but I don't have enough for today from the gardening front beyond this. I got my fall seeds in the mail and I started them! If I remember right, I started 12 blue pansies, 12 Johnny Jump-Up violas, 12 King Richard Leeks, 6 Tokyo Long White Scallions, 6 Oceanside Spinach, 6 Astro Arugula, and 6 "Thank You" mesclun lettuce I got for free with my order. Fingers crossed! The container of arugula and spinach is probably going outside in the garden once they sprout. Hopefully. Maybe in the shade. If it doesn't work out, I can plant them again.
